Roy V. Capital was founded by Roy Villanueva, CFA, a seasoned financial professional and entrepreneur with deep expertise across traditional and decentralized finance. With almost a decade of experience in investment banking, asset management and crypto-native ventures, Roy has built and advised companies across Europe and the Middle East.He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Master in Financial Engineering.He has co-founded and led multiple ventures in the space of digital assets, DeFi, AI-driven valuation tools, and tokenized fund structures. His work spans from structuring complex financial models and advising IPOs, to building tokenomics frameworks and launching AI-powered platforms for institutional-grade crypto analytics.
